STRESS MGMT


I was participant in the 'STRESS MANAGEMENT' training program arranged in the company. It was one of its kind and especially very different than TECHNICAL training programs. It was my first time to attend such program.
Trainer was a young guy just reaching his 30 and had spiritual blend to his program.
He gave few pointers to manage the stress.
1) Just recollect 5 BEST things happened in your life every morning.
2) Practise OM kaara for 10 minutes 3 times a week (This has nothing to do with Religion).
3) Practise deep breathing exercises with closed eyes as below
Inhale for 4 Seconds, Hold it for 4 Seconds and expel for 6 Seconds.
Inhale for 4 Seconds, Hold it for 6 Seconds and expel for 8 Seconds.
Inhale for 4 Seconds, Hold it for 8 Seconds and expel for 12 Seconds.
This breathing exercise done in the background music of SATAR generates very positive,pleasant vibrations.

Finally he said LETS ALL LAUGH AT STRESS!!! :-)
